All bookings must be made online (with the exception of weddings, events, and videography). The booking schedule is located partway down on the home page and a deposit is required to complete all bookings. The remaining balance will be invoiced to the email on file and will include any additional services requested. The balance must be paid in full, prior to the scheduled shoot start time. If the total balance is not paid in full, you will be asked to reschedule.

We understand that life happens and plans change. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, you must contact your photographer via email a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot. Any cancellation requests made at least 24 hours in advance, will be given a full refund of their deposit and any additional payments made. All last minute cancellations will be asked to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, you will forfeit the deposit and will be refunded any additional payments made. If you need to last minute reschedule, there will be a fee of $25 dollars, with the exception of emergencies. Please make sure you communicate clearly with your photographer!

In the case of inclement weather, impacted sessions will be rescheduled and no fee will be applied.

After booking your session and paying your deposit, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation. Within 24 hours of the booking confirmation, you will be contacted by your photographer via email. This email will contain important questions to prepare for your shoot. It is very important that you answer all questions in that email in a timely manner. If the photographer does not receive an emailed response at least 74 hours prior to the session, we will attempt to contact you via the phone number on file. At that stage, if we are unsuccessful in contacting you 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot, you will be asked to reschedule or forfeit the deposit. 

If you have your eye set on the perfect location for your session, we're more than happy to accommodate! We simply ask that any possible photography or venue fees be paid by the client. It is the client's responsibility to determine if there are any fees or rules (i.e. no flash photography) imposed by the venue, prior to the shoot. If the location of choice requires the photographer to travel beyond 25 miles from the Lens and Lace Studios business location, there will be a travel fee added of 25 cents per mile for additional miles exceeding 25. 

Prompt attendance to sessions is very important. In the case of outdoor sessions, we are often at the mercy of the available light, so if you are late, you run the risk of missing ideal lighting for your session. All sessions schedule the photographer for an allotted amount of time and the photographer is not obligated to extend any sessions if you are late.

All content produced by Lens and Lace Studios (L&LS), is the property of L&LS and will be used as seen fit. Clients will receive a print release and copyright information upon the finalization of their product. L&LS must receive due credit on any and all social frameworks and anyone that attempts to misuse or claim credit of any L&LS products will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
